Alvan Paint & Resin Production · 2007–2020
Designed and delivered an in-house ERP covering effectively every core function of a manufacturing business — accounting, treasury, inventory, supply chain, production, quality control, payroll, HR and sales. Built from the ground up with an internal team, and still running the company in daily production more than a decade later.
ABOMIS Innovations · Vancouver · 2022–2024
Took a baggage reconciliation system from initial requirements through to full operational go-live for international carriers, including flydubai, PLAY and Fly GTA. Combined the analyst and product owner roles while managing the delivery team.
Faranegar Sana Tech · 2020–2022
Designed an offline weight and balance capability for tablets, performing IATA AHM 550/555 load-sheet calculations with no connectivity at all — with captain sign-off built into the workflow, where the aircraft actually is.

About
I started as a software developer and moved quickly into the space between the business and the build. Most of my career since has been spent there: sitting with the people who do the work, understanding the operation properly, and turning it into something a development team can build with confidence.
The ERP I led at Alvan spanned finance, supply chain, production, quality, HR and sales — functions that exist in some form in almost every industry. That breadth is the part I draw on most. Moving into aviation meant learning an entirely new operational domain, and the approach transferred without much difficulty.
I hold a degree in Software Engineering, and I still think like an engineer about structure and data. But the work I care about is the part before the code: asking the awkward questions early, when they are still cheap to answer.
